The character of the Route:

This route, which attracts experienced cyclists, starts from the Çeşnigir Bridge, which is rumored to have passed over Timur, who was advancing towards the Battle of Ankara in 1402, and which was rebuilt by Mimar Sinan by Yavuz Sultan Selim years later. Following Kızılırmak in an undulating course, the track stops at Esatmüminli, a charming village built right next to the pond, at the 24th km. Leaving behind this unique view carved into the blue of the pond, the route passes Cankurtaran Village in the greenery and reaches Hasandede Village, which is adorned with mystical stories.

Notes to Travelers:

• Before starting the route, you can touch the traces of the past at Büklükale Ruins.
• You can take a boat tour in Çeşnigir Canyon, through which Kızılırmak passes, take impressive photos on the glass terrace overlooking the canyon, and buy local products in Köprüköy.
• You can eat delicious meals in modest facilities in Köprüköy.
• You can catch interesting shots in Esatmüminli Village.
• If you are interested in exploration, you can take a short walk on the rocks where ruins of buildings can be found in Cankurtaran Village.
• You can experience nostalgic moments at Hacı Taşan Cultural Center, a restored old mansion in Hasandede.
• Visiting Hasandede Tomb and seeing the shiny stone resembling black and white polished marble, popularly known as "Karataş/Mecca Stone", which is said to have been brought from Mecca by a person named Ömer Ağa when the mosque was being built, in Hasandede Mosque. Other visitors to the tomb You can rub your hands (and there are even kisses) and leave a wish to the holy one.
• It is among the legends that when you look carefully at this stone on the wall of Hasandede Mosque, you can see a pair of pigeon eyes.
• Make sure you take enough water with you, as you will not be able to replenish water along the way.
