Notes to Travelers:

If you start cycling at sunrise, you can ride with hot air balloons above you.

In Uchisar, you can visit Uchisar Castle, which was used as a castle during the Roman Period as the largest fairy chimney in Nevsehir. * There is an entry fee to the castle and the museum card is not valid.

You can visit the Seljuk Mosque in Cavusin Town, the charming "historical house" on the cobblestone road that goes up by the mosque, and St. John the Baptist Chapel (Aziz Yahya Kilisesi), which you will reach after a few minutes' walk at the end of the road. You can have pleasant moments on the plateau above St. John the Baptist Chapel, which offers wonderful photos with its impressive view.

You may need a bicycle lock while visiting the archaeological sites.

You can try one of the restaurants with different styles in Uchisar and Cavusin.

You can find beverages suitable to your taste such as tea, coffee, and fruit juice in the modest cafe you will see in Love valley.

You can use the water, toilet and shower facilities of the hotel with a campsite. If you have the opportunity and time, you can leave your belongings at the hotel before you leave.

Characteristics of the Route:

The route starts in Goreme square and ascends on a dirt road with a smooth slope to Uchisar with an impressive view. Following the town streets, the route goes towards Love Valley, which has hosted many organizations, next to the Roman Castle, the top of the fairy chimney. Descending from this point, the route reaches Akvadi through the cobblestone streets of the town streets and crossing the main road. The route follows a lush road in a white valley and reaches Nevsehir's famous Love Valley. The last part of the route crosses the valley, which hosted Pier Paolo Pasolini's famous movie Medea in 1969, with pink macaroon flowers in the spring and various fruits in the autumn, and ends in Cavusin, famous for its surreal scenery and cave houses.
