Çoğun Pond

The character of the Route:

This oasis, located about 20 km north of Kırşehir, surrounds the Çokun Dam Lake, which gives wonderful photographs, especially at sunset. This route, which has fun ups and downs, offers pleasant moments to hikers in this geography and also provides swimming opportunities.

Notes to Travelers:

• You can eat delicious meals at the decent restaurant located by the dam.
• The dam's pond allows windsurfing and swimming in summer.
• You can relax in the picnic area to the east of the pond.
• You should take enough water with you, especially on hot days.
