Add To My To Do List
Difficulty Level
The character of the route:

The route, which starts from the ruins of Keçikale, built during the Roman Period and was destroyed and rebuilt many times during the subsequent settlements, follows a gentle slope and passes by the village of Keçikalesi, which is established on the ground plain of the Keçikalesi caldera*. The route, which follows the path that leads to the eastern slope of the caldera, which is said to have gas outlets in places, ends with a view of the summit that will blow your mind with Ekecik Mountain, Salt Lake, and Erciyes Volcano.

*The caldera is a volcanic landform formed by the collapse of the soil due to a volcanic eruption.
